Quick Overview

The EPIC Chest Press by Freemotion strengthens and isolates the chest muscles for activities that involve pushing movements.

Details

The EPIC Chest Press by Freemotion strengthens and isolates the chest muscles for activities that involve pushing movements. The arms move in a converging axis pattern, and allow for unilateral movements for increased muscle concentration. A lower tower height creates a look that's polished and professional.
